I don’t see my party theme? Can you make me one?

Yes! I can make a custom template for your parties theme for an additional $40. Let me know your theme and details in the order form.

Can I include custom questions about our couple or questions not on your list?

Yes! You can include as many custom questions as you’d like for $3 per question. Let me know in the question form, after the order form.

What if I want more than 10 questions in my game?

No problem! Additional questions can be added for $3 per question. Your number of questions will also be reflected on your scorecard (for no additional cost) if purchasing along with your game.

What happens after I submit the order form?

You’ll be redirected to pick your 10 questions through the question selection form. An order confirmation and the filming instructions email will then be sent to you and the partner in question within 24-36 hours after the order form is submitted.

How do I send you our partner in question’s video responses?

Either you or the partner in question can send me the video, doesn’t matter! The filming instructions email will include a link through WeTransfer to upload your response video. If the video was filmed on an iPhone, you can text it to me as well.

When do you need our video responses by?

Video response due dates are set 5 days before your designated completed game due date to allow ample time for editing and revisions. I recommend submitting your game order as soon as you’re able to give your partner in question ample time to film. Your partner in question’s video response due date and late fees will be clearly designated in your filming instructions email.

What if we need to send our video responses past the due date?

Response videos received within 72 hours of the needed completed game date will result in a $40 fee. Response videos received within 48 hours of the needed completed game date will result in a $60 fee. Cut off dates and late fees will be clearly designated in your filming instructions video. Late fees will be listed in your invoice.

When do I pay?

Once your game is done! I will send your game via your preferred method along with a detailed invoice. A secure payment link will be attached to your invoice. All major debit and credit cards are accepted.
